DPR shall prepare a Code of Ethics which sets out the norms which must be followed by every Member in the performance of tasks and exercise of authorities. Such a Code of Ethics shall be stipulated in a Plenary meeting. The handling of an alleged violation against the Code of Ethics shall be under the authority of the Conduct Council.
