If deemed necessary, the DPR may form an Ad-hoc Committee. The composition of membership of an Ad-hoc Committee is determined by a Plenary Meeting in proportion to and for the purpose of an even distribution of the number of Members of each Faction. The number of Members of an Ad-hoc Committee is determined by the Plenary meeting in a minimum number of 10 (ten) persons and a maximum number of 50 (fifty) persons.

 

An Ad-hoc Committee performs certain tasks within a certain period as determined by the Plenary Meeting. the Ad-hoc Committee is responsible to the DPR. An Ad-hoc Committee is dissolved by the DPR following the expiry of its term of assignment or following the declaration of its tasks as completed. The Plenary Meeting determines the follow-up of the work results of and hoc Committee.

 

Any complementary organ of the DPR may form a Committee or Team. The Committee formed by a complementary organ is called Working Committee or Team. The Working Committee or Team determined by a complementary organ is not more than a half of the number of Members of the complementary organ concerned, save for a Team formed by the Leadership of the DPR is adjusted to the need.

 

A Working Committee or Team performs certain tasks within a certain period as determined by the complementary organ of the DPR forming the same. A Working Committee or Team is dissolved by the complementary organ of the DPR forming the same following the expiry of its term of assignment or following the declaration of its tasks as completed. The follow-up of the work results of a Working Committee is determined by the complementary of the DPR forming the same.
