Decision-making
Decision making in DPR meetings is basically attempted as far as possible by means of deliberation to reach consensus, if not fulfilled, decisions are made based on the majority vote.
Each DPR meeting can make a decision if it is attended by more than half of the meeting members (quorum), if it is not reached, the meeting is postponed for a maximum of 2 times with a grace period of not more than 24 hours each.

Setelah 2 kali penundaan kuorum belum juga tercapai, cara penyelesaiannya dengan diserahkan kepada Badan Musyawarah (apabila terjadi dalam rapat Alat Kelengkapan DPR), atau kepada Bamun dengan memperhatikan pendapat Pimpinan Fraksi (apabila terjadi dalam rapat Badan Musyawarah).
